And isnt that about the Omega 3, 6 percentage recommended by all the X-sperts? Omega 3s and 6s. Trying everything except this. Have had terrible luck ever getting on a balance with it. There were some fans on another thread of some krill supplement that was very good. Maybe they will chime in.
That is a great chart. We cook with bacon fat or butter or ghee, when I’m not so lazy. Olive oil is the way! Right now, ALL of my old bottles of seed oils are all collecting dust and pushed to the back of the cabinets.
I will make a quart jar of ghee before Christmas.
