My wife had to leave the U.S. to be able to immigrate back in. It was very costly for us. No sympathy here. VERY difficult.
Yes, I recall my brother said it was very expensive and the stack of paperwork involved was massive. Plus my sil had to be completely healthy, with multiple vaccinations and health exams, including hospitalization to clear up a parasite common to the Philippines. It’s maddening that the illegals pouring in do not have to have a clean bill of health. The diseases they bring in put us in great peril!
