The whole trial was a farce. The defense counsel tried to make the argument about the autopsy by the jury was out to lynch him. The case should have been thrown out the moment bodycam footage revealed Chauvin was kneeling on his shoulder blade the entire time, not his neck.

Had there not been a video of Chauvin on Floyd, I don’t believe he would have been convicted. The image was terrible, I won’t forget how nonchalant Chauvin looked on top of Floyd. People were begging him to stop and he should have, seven minutes is a really long time.

I don’t believe that pressure on either his shoulder or the side of his neck would have killed him, but pressure on his back could have - like a boa constrictor. It was the black cop who was on his back, but I don’t know for how long, so I don’t know if it was for long enough to have killed him.

Should have been thrown out when the autopsy revealed he had 10 times a lethal dose of fentanyl in his system.

Charges never should have been brought at all.
