I’m guessing she has no idea how she really looks. Talk about your body dysmorphic disorder!
I suppose it's possible that she's so lost in delusion as to think that looks good. If so, she's nuttier than squirrel turds.
I still think it's deliberate ugliness. I'm open to persuasion, though.
