Wow worse than I thought. Fat, ugly, dumb and attitude. I’m sure others can add additional adjectives / descriptors.
She is deliberately uglifying herself. Even without losing any weight (which she would be well advised to do), she could do much to make herself more attractive.
But no ...
She exposes her inner ugliness for all to see and hear (and maybe smell).
