Maybe the "Fine German Engineering" thing is not working?
"Fine Corinthian Leather" may be a better bet.

Has nothing to do with it. My wife designs custom homes.

What’s your point?

,,, engineers deal with the foundations side of a project. Was that a woman and how is it relevant?

βIn Miami, bedrock is typically found just a few feet below the surface, often around 3 to 4 feet deep, but it can vary depending on the location. The bedrock is primarily composed of Miami limestone, which is part of the Biscayne aquifer.β

barrier islands are large deposits of compressed sand and silt being washed over slowly eroding bedrock, on otherwise unprotected ocean coastline, for thousands or millions of years
Can’t imagine how deep one needs to go with a foundation to find something solid to build a skyscraper upon.

Could be that the tower is not sinking, but the ground is rising.

Showing results for subsidence hotspots south florida Search instead for subsidence hotspots south floirda The study used satellite images to capture the changes, with settling most noticeable in buildings in Sunny Isles Beach. The scientists said preliminary data also suggests sinking or settling further north, along the beaches of Broward and Palm Beach counties. - google

Maybe because it’s build on limestone karst and they pump water from the aquifer. Overpumping groundwater can cause ground subsidence. Desalination plants would be a better choice.

It is not relevant. Being a good engineer has nothing to do with a person’s sex.
Now if we were talking about backing a car out of the garage, that is a totally different subject.

"...have sunk by as much as three inches between 2016 and 2023. That includes the Porsche Design Tower, the Ritz-Carlton Residences, and both Trump Towers..."
There's their out, they can blame Trump's towers...too heavy, inadquate foundation design & construction b/c Orange Man Bad.
