As I see it, the ‘free will’ alien proponents, the good aliens who are making their appearances now, must be distinguished from the authoritarian Reptilian aliens that are aligned with authoritarian deep state cabal governments on planet earth. The authoritarian ruling class on planet earth, along with the Reptilians back in the 50s (think Eisenhower), entered into a pact with the Reptilians wherein the Reptilians would share their other worldly technology in exchange for being allowed to experiment on humans and animals on planet earth. So, barring a human rustler situation, this appears to be another Reptilian experiment. Perhaps the authoritarian Reptilians now realize they are loosing their control over planet earth so they are snatching up as much food sources from planet earth as possible before they are forced off the planet by the good aliens.
