I can get it. I didn’t talk about my first experience for many many years. Why? No one ever gives benefit of the doubt about me being honest about it or believes it anyhow. Folks will believe in a personal talk with God before they will believe a UFO sighting from someone just as moral and honest.

Lily Tomlin said people praise you when you tell them you are praying and talking to God. When you tell them you hear God talking to you they send you to a mental hospital.
