Doug Ford is the Premier of Ontario. That equates to a state governor, which technically, if you understand the words, is literally “Head of State”.
That “measley” 1-2% is in two states that will suffer most from an energy shortage in the dead of winter.
Also, the beer: Canada imports from the USA about $30 million less than the USA buys from the frozen north. I’m surprised it’s that close, I only buy 2 types of American beer, and that’s rarely. My local distributor has had to send stale US beer (how can you tell?) back to the warehouser even in summer.
We used to call “stale” beer “skunky” - because light, and time, has a deleterious effect, which is why most beer bottles are dark glass.
