We can skip the Japanese reference for now.

Back to the original issue.
Do you think any AI is created perfect ?

Do you think the goal of creating an AI is to have it become all-knowing ?

I don't understand you asking that question.

Artificial Intelligence should be self explanatory.   AI will be an awakened nonhuman program that has become sentient exactly like a reasoning human.

The Turing Test is a method for evaluating a machine's ability to exhibit human-like intelligence. The test involves a human evaluator who judges a conversation between a human and a machine, and attempts to determine which is which. The machine's goal is to trick the evaluator into thinking it's human. If the evaluator can't reliably tell the difference, the machine is considered to have passed the test.
The so called AI that is being hyped nowadays is putting us back to the age of semi sophisticated sort and merge computers like ENIAC and UNIVAC.
