Mexicans drink cane sugar cola, and often are obese.

I can tell you I really enjoyed a cola I had in Mexico - it had taste instead of gas.

Here in Texas we can get Mexican Coca-cola at the grocery store.

Many stores around Baltmore-Washington sell Mexican coke in single-serve size. It comes in a tall, skinny glass bottle (I think 12 oz.?) and usually costs $1.49 apiece. I've seen it in discount stores like Five Below and Big Lots, and sometimes Dollar Tree, which also sources coconut and strawberry ice cream bars from Mexico. If you can limit yourself to regarding a real sugar Coke like an occasional dessert treat instead of a daily necessity, it's worth the price to get that familiar taste from childhood.
