The DOJ could support J6 civil rights cases. However, the J6congressional committee would be immune because they were acting in an official capacity.
But that shouldn’t stop DOJ from investigating. That would be punishment in itself.

Investigating is not punishment.

You have to hit their or their children’s net worth.

Never ever forget they forced Ivana and Eric and Don, Jr to hire lawyers when their testimony was demanded. The govt didn’t pay those lawyers.
