I see 1,100 lawsuits against each member of the J6 committee for violating their civil rights.
The DoJ should not bring charges against any of these people.
Doing so would restrict venue to the DC courts.
Much better to orchestrate lawsuits by the Jan 6 prisoners, which can be tried in the home states of the plaintiffs.
REMEMBER, THE PROCESS IS THE PUNISHMENT.
Lawsuits. Legal fees. And be sure that the damage alleged was of a sort not indemnified by the govt because they were in Congress.
Given this Process issue, you *could* run up their bills in DC proceedings, but only if they are not indemnified.
