Don't know. The guy who refused to help said that he didn't have to help load stuff, not that he couldn't, but that he didn't have to do it. A real dickhead, or lazy, or both. I loaded it myself and left. Didn't have time to make a scene about it. The LM stores in Palermo (there are two) I frequent are very short staffed compared to their American equivalents. Could be just a Sicily thing.
