Perhaps the best way to clear out senescent cells is with the chemical “fisetin”, which occurs in small amounts in strawvberries and some other plants. However, its tiny amount of 160 (μg/g) (micrograms per gram) can be concentrated for practical use.
Along with other mechanisms it induces apoptosis (senescent cell death) activation, and prevent apoptosis resistance. It can even be put in a liposomal encapsulation form so it is easily absorbed in the mouth into the bloodstream before being broken down in the body.
Other apoptosis inducers, such as quercetin are only about a tenth as effective as fisetin.
