Indeed. Obama is a precursor king, one of many who will rise and fall, but not by their own power. Then, at the appointed time, the little horn, the one who will honor a god of fortresses, will be revealed. And the dragon stood on the shore of the sea.
In the latter part of their reign, when the rebellion has reached its full measure, an insolent king, skilled in intrigue, will come to the throne. His power will be great, but it will not be his own.
