AC/DC has unveiled dates for the 2025 “Power Up” North American tour — the band’s first dates on the continent since 2016.
It will also be singer Brian Johnson’s first run in an even longer time. During that 2016 tour, he suffered hearing loss and had to bow out — none other than Guns N’ Roses singer Axl Rose filled in for him.
The 13-date run kicks off on April 10, 2025, in Minneapolis at US Bank Stadium and concludes on May 28, in Cleveland at Huntington Bank Field. Along the way, the band will play the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif. on April 18 and Soldier Field in Chicago on May 24.

Powerage is the best AC/DC album. You can’t beat “Riff Raff”.

At this point, can AC/DC even deliver a carpet shock?

I have never liked that band!! I always considered them a band little kids would like. I was 16 when they became popular in ‘78... Brian Johnson's voice always made me cringe like nails on a chalk board. lol... but man I remember some of my friends loving them! lip syncing word for word and trying their best to look cool doing it!!

I saw them at Foxboro, MA in 2016, the opening band was Vintage Trouble. Both bands put on a good show but the PA was messed up and they sounded terrible.

Yes apparently it is. I didn’t notice it till just now.
Who knew they had CD players back in the ‘70s. :-)

I would never have guessed that they were still popular enough to command a multi state American tour.
Apparently so. Somebody’s buying all those tickets.

Powerage is the best AC/DC album and “Riff Raff” the best song.

I loved the tour where they lowered the cannons and shot them off whichever tour that was but too old to remember or look it up. I do remember the day that Bonn Scott died and when someone brought the Back in Black album to school to show it off and talk about Brian Johnson. Old days I guess.
