The bear is looking a bit moth-eaten at this point, what the SVO in UKR going nowhere after almost 4 years (not to mention the heavy casualties daily), and the Syrian situation looking close to hopeless.
Like the US in Vietnam, this bear is fighting with one hand tied behind its back. Lets hope it shows the same restraint the US did.
