I’m not going to jump to conclusions on her parents as this happened in california and it’s possible her parents were “told” by the gubermint to do the operation “or else.
A lot of parents in california complained and got their kids taken away by CPS by the schools if they disagreed. I’ve posted about it. So this one is a very hard call.
Maybe this is why her parents are not spoken about in the story? Maybe they were like “see I told you so” to the kid and now want nothing to do with this?
If they were told by the government, then they should sue the government, not the doctors. The doctors should also sue the government for not being able to refuse to do this on patients requesting it, then.
Go after the real culprit, at least.
The parents can also take a drastic step and move out of California to save their kid. If thats what it boils down to no govt is going to force me to allow my kid to be mutilated.
But see I don’t think they were against it, they took none of these steps that I immediately thought of if it was my kid. Yeah I know its massive but its your dam kids life. They could die on the table as well. But they didnt, and they didn’t docany psych screening on their own beforehand and now blame the docs for not doing what they didnt do either.
