What if these leftists had crappy health care like in Canada or the UK? Would they be happy?

Israel also has universal health care, and they don't seem to consider it crappy.

I live in Israel and am fairly happy with our healthcare.

It has its flaws but overall it works. I cant imagine what my costs would be if i lived in the states.
