The fact the killer knew where the victim would be when makes the operation more sophisticated then just a fellow looking for an opportunistic shot.

The victim was going to a shareholder's meeting for the company of which he was the CEO; this was public information.

How did the killer know when the victim was going to arrive at the hotel?

How did the killer know which entrance the victim would use when they entered the hotel?
