They ALL need to be investigated for fraud and neglect. They killed my wife by refusing to pay for testing she needed as “preventative” medicine. And because we were paying their insurance bills and copays we could not afford it ourselves. It is a carefully designed TRAP designed to reduce population while it makes them rich.
