England is way beyond cleansing or recovery.

The UK monarch is the head of state and commander-in-chief. Either the monarch takes bold action, or the UK is doomed.
Oh, I forgot. The monarch reigns but does not rule. So the king will limit himself to waving from the balcony as his country is slowly being destroyed.
