E bikes have GPS tracking

Last I heard - about 4 p.m. - they hadn’t found the bike. Go figure how that could be if it had GPS tracking. The bikes don’t just sit around N.Y., they are locked up and you need some sort of access pass/credit card, etc. to unlock the bike.
A dumpster might do the trick
