Yes, but it would probably take you at least 10 minutes to drive to the nearest gas station. Then 10 minutes back.

If I can charge my car in 15 minutes in my garage, while doing other things, that's a win.

Maybe retirees make a special trip to the gas station and back home but most people fill up on the way or way back to or from doing something like work or the grocery store.

Back in the day, I bought 24, 5 gal., “gas” cans to store Diesel for my two TDI s/ws.

Still have them. And now that the TDIs are on local only duty, I have at least an 8 month supply. NO need to drive to the “gas” station frequently.
