The voltage and current necessary to achieve a 15 minute fill-up will require massive upgrades to the chargers. Cables will need to be huge. Also, Ultrafast charging generally leads to rapid battery degradation, would be surprised if this battery chemistry is any different.

Exactly on point. What sort of charger can deliver 100 kWh of electricity in 15 minutes?
That’s roughly equivalent to 2-3 days of an average all-electric house.

Also where are they getting all this electricity to charge the batteries with the massive voltages/currents needed (Cycle counts are crap too)? My guess, windmills.
Henry Ford already played around with this Don Quixote crap. Have your niche electric people, just don't force tax payers to subsidized impossible dreams compared to fossil fuels that work well already.

True. But what is it with this place where people used to see the big picture. The power grid could not begin to handle a large number of these. Several hundred Amps each I would guess.
