My family’s one and only foray into buying Ford was when my dad bought a Ford Pinto.
It was the first, and the last Ford anyone ever got.

My dad wound up buying and fixing up a Pinto for my mom.
She never drives it. The car is a manual and she had both knees replaced.
Parts for that thing were unreal scarce.
