I agree with you. I read earlier today that the vast overbroad pardon was patterned on the one President Ford extended to Richard Nixon to put the matter behind the country. I need to research the actual language on the Noixon pardon.
Still, I think it is too broad and extends a “get out of jail card” for any acts now unknown, or completed at any time in the future.
I think the DOJ under Pam Bondi will have to decide to prosecute Joe Biden since SCOTUS has said ytou can’t prosecute a President while in office. JB win’t be in office after January 20.
Lawters will sort it out.
