I've been to many baseball games where guys escorted their girlfriends into the men's room. I understood the necessity of that because of the scarceness of women's facilities in some venues. For the most part, all parties were cooperative there.
I would say that was not in the same context as a cross dresser pretending to be the opposite sex.
