Does anyone recall a Q drop which pointed us to prepping for service outages or blackouts?
I tried searching on FEMA etc. and couldn’t find the drop. I did find in fall of 2018 the topic was beginning to surface. If anyone recalls, please let me know.
I’m trying to find the thread(s) in which we concentrated our lists of prepper resources. I’d like to pass it on to a FREEQ and then link it to our thread preamble.
