I used turkeytails when curing myself of cancer. We have them growing in our woods too. I did buy (NON-china sources). has many uses. I had collected a gallon jar of turkey tails but when I opened to use, they hadn’t dried quite enough and were all moldy. Sob.
Best to dry them in the sun and sitting on a cloth or something to keep them dry. Also mushrooms are so unique - they absorb even more vitamin D when dried in the sun.
