“This is all fine and dandy, Bill Gates should answer for his crimes against humanity. BUT as far as I know, he is a citizen of the United States and not subject to foreign law unless he happens to be in the particular foreign country.
If we think he should face justice in Sweden, rather than the USA, then we set ourselves up when foreign entities want to press charges against US citizens for such things as “posting disinformation on the internet”.”
If the crime is recognized as a crime in both countries then we should extradite him.

I agree wholeheartedly - his was a crime against humanity.
