We looked into statues here and there are laws about using drones on other peoples’ property without their permission. Just flying over property to view something else, from good height, is legal. 45 feet or lower and hovering, is illegal. Different states or counties may be different. In fact here, laws says if a drone is over one’s property illegally, it can be shot down.
