In an earlier post to this thread, I predicted a military coup executed by the Perfumed Princes of the Pentagon to prevent Trump's inauguration. The purposes of these drones are to test the people's reaction and to perform surveillance.

After the coup, these drones will drain batteries, fire upon "insurgents" and deliver payloads (bombs) upon those deemed as inimical to the new rulers.

We're witnessing a test.

I imagine the Q Team has already programmed countering this in their plan.
