Unfortunately, you'll be try8ing for a long, long time then. The only things on the SCOTUS docket sheets are denials. Rumors all over the Web of an NDA are based on nothing more than a social media post, for which no sauce has ever been produced.
If time proves me wrong, I'll admit it. But in my 25 years of experience in the legal profession, I've NEVER seen a "secret" case being filed without any record whatsoever, then heard and ruled on by SCOTUS, or any other court in the country.
IMHO, Internet grifters are trying to take advantage of a whole bunch of good-hearted people who trust too easily. The Brunsons may be innocent victims of the same set of grifters.
