I used to go to a IFR sauna studio and you could turn on the RL therapy in the booth, but I never noticed much difference. Someone BTT posted a published research paper on how the use of Red light therapy at 850 nm was showing some positive ability to increase blood flow to injured areas. I went to Amazon and found a boot that utilized 660 (I think) and up to 850 nm of infrared technology. It's been working pretty well for me. The higher settings will make my foot feel almost swollen, but once I finish a 30 minute session with it, the swelling goes back down and everything feels much better. I don't remember if I told you guys about my fall while hiking back in October, but I really messed up my ankle. This boot has helped a lot and I'm not having any pain or swelling at all in the ankle anymore, but I'm still using it on both feet because I have other issues with arthritis in my feet.

When I put it on my mom the first time and did 20 minutes for her on a lower setting, she told me it felt like she had a leather sole on her foot after she took it out of the boot. I think that means it's increasing blood flow for healing and the sensation is weird, but it does seem to take the pain away.

I take Quercetin - I'll add the elderberry. Thanks. During the c19 scare, I took Q daily (never got c19), now only when I have cold symptoms. What is the weekly recommendation? One day a week?

I learned, with some other nurses in my unit, that red light therapy was healing back in the late 1980s, and at the time I thought it was great that the pulse oximeter probes had a red light that was placed over a radial artery of foot. I figured it might help. “As a man thinketh in his heart, so he is,” so I like to just think about God constantly pouring His healing love and light into me, as well as Jesus still healing. Saves money and good for mental health, too.

A few weeks ago my neighbors(husband and wife) had one of their old friends of theirs stay at the house. He was homeless and needed a place to stay. They took him in. He was there for months. There was some kind of disagreement my neighbors asked him to leave. He refused.

The neighbors started legal action to have him removed. The arguments escalated. After the wife was beaten the police said they couldn't arrest him. Their "friend" after the police released him came back and beat the husband. The police did arrest him after this attack. Both the husband and the wife my neighbors had broken facial bones. both in their late 70's.
Police later told them he was released from prison a while back for murder. The neighbors didn't know he murdered anyone.

I suggested they get a weapon to protect themselves as we didn't know how long he would be in prison.
The wife told me, "I would never buy or use a gun to defend myself. I would rather die then take life."

They are very nice very friendly neighbors but this and their statements they both made during covid is one of over a 1000 reasons I have to leave California.
I believe they would put me into prison if I had to defend them. I can't even think this way.

you have to clean out the bronchial tubes. I use hydrogen peroxide to clean the nose there are better products. Though to get deep into the lungs. I think the only way is with Ozone.
The smaller units for a room is fine. Don't over do it. It will take about two weeks to clean out the lungs and heal. Assuming its a persistent irritant in your lungs (I believe they're a parasite)
