Q ~ Trust Trump's Plan ~ 12/01/2024 Vol.502, Q Day 2591

Q has reminded us repeatedly that together, we are strong. As the false "narrative" is destroyed and the divisive machinery put in place by the Deep State fails, the fact that patriotism has no skin color or political party is exposed for all to see.

>Decide for yourself (be free from outside opinion).
>Decide for yourself (be objective in your conclusions).
>Decide for yourself (be true in your own beliefs).
>Decide for yourself (be open to following the facts).
>Decide for yourself (be strong in defending your beliefs).
>Decide for yourself (be resistant to blindly accepting fact-less statements).
>Decide for yourself (be free)
Those who attack you.
Those who mock you.
Those who cull you.
Those who control you.
Those who label you.
Do they represent you?
Or, do they represent themselves (in some form)?
Mental Enslavement.
The Great Awakening ('Freedom of Thought’), was designed and created not only as a backchannel to the public (away from the longstanding ‘mind’ control of the corrupt & heavily biased media) to endure future events through transparency and regeneration of individual thought (breaking the chains of ‘group-think’), but, more importantly, aid in the construction of a vehicle (a ‘ship’) that provides the scattered (‘free thinkers’) with a ‘starter’ new social-networking platform which allows for freedom of thought, expression, and patriotism or national pride (the feeling of love, devotion and sense of attachment to a homeland and alliance with other citizens who share the same sentiment).
When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.
WWG1WGA!!!

Q

In the battle between those who strip us our constitutional rights, we can't afford to let false divisions separate us any longer. We, and our country, will be forever made stronger by diligently seeking the truth, independence and freedom of thought.

Where We Go 1, We Go All

Like every agency, the @FBI has hundreds of their own ‘mafia’ type groups.

And it’s not just the 7th floor either. It’s permeated throughout the agency.

There are radical activists that would qualify as domestic terrorists based on their activities. Then to top it off, there are actual clandestine CIA, assigned to Special Activities Center (SAC) which is a division of the Agency responsible for covert and paramilitary operations. Within SAC there are two separate groups: SAC/SOG (Special Operations Group) for tactical paramilitary operations and SAC/PAG (Political Action Group) for covert political action. The Special Operations Group is responsible for operations that include clandestine or covert operations with which the US government does not want to be overtly associated. As such, unit members, called Paramilitary Operations Officers and Specialized Skills Officers, do not typically wear uniforms but many carry FBI credentials. If they are compromised during a mission, the US government may deny all knowledge. The group generally recruits personnel from special mission units within the U.S. Special Operations community. This needs to stop. It’s how the CIA is able to operate on the ground within the U.S. Never forget—The Shadow Government (The Unconstitutional Power of Government Secrecy) i.e., CIA, CFR, MSM, FISA, NSA, Silicon Valley, JSOC, DNI (17 Agencies), 5 Eyes, GCHQ MI6, DHS, DOS, NRO, NCTC, NGA, DOD, FBI and the Deep State (The System Behind the Government, unelected bureaucrats with zero accountability) i.e., the Federal Reserve (a private company NOT the government!), the Treasury, Wall Street, Foreign Lobbyists, Military-Industrial Complex (MIC) Lobbyists, the actual Military-Industrial Complex (MIC)/Military-Industrial-Congressional Complex (MICC) itself, Defense Contractors, Intelligence Contractors, World Bank, IMF.

Then to top it off, there… pic.twitter.com/iALqZaPLJC— Tony Seruga (@TonySeruga) December 2, 2024

I don’t know the limits of pardons. I hope someone does; later I can look up.

ArtII.S2.C1.3.1 Overview of Pardon Power

https://constitution.congress.gov/browse/essay/artII-S2-C1-3-1/ALDE_00013316/

Excerpt:

.....The Constitution establishes the President’s authority to grant clemency, encompassing not only pardons of individuals but several other forms of relief from criminal punishment as well.1 The power, which has historical roots in early English law,2 has been recognized by the Supreme Court as quite broad. In the 1886 case Ex parte Garland, the Court referred to the President’s authority to pardon as unlimited except in cases of impeachment, extending to every offence known to the law and able to be exercised either before legal proceedings are taken, or during their pendency, or after conviction and judgment.3 Much later, the Court wrote that the broad power conferred in the Constitution gives the President plenary authority to ‘forgive’ [a] convicted person in part or entirely, to reduce a penalty in terms of a specified number of years, or to alter it with certain conditions.4

Despite the breadth of the President’s authority under the Pardon Clause, the Constitution’s text provides for at least two limits on the power: first, clemency may only be granted for Offenses against the United States,5 meaning that state criminal offenses and federal or state civil claims are not covered.6 Second, the President’s clemency authority cannot be used in Cases of impeachment.7

Beyond textual limits, certain external constitutional and legal considerations may act as constraints on the power. For instance, the Court has indicated that the power may be exercised at any time after [an offense’s] commission,8 reflecting that the President may not preemptively immunize future criminal conduct. In Schick v. Reed, the Court recognized that an exercise of clemency may include any condition which does not otherwise offend the Constitution,9 suggesting that the President may not make clemency subject to a condition that is prohibited by another constitutional provision.10 Other apparent limitations include not affecting vested rights of third parties, such as where forfeited property is sold,11 or proceeds paid into the treasury, which can only be secured to the former owner . . . through an act of [C]ongress.1

.....Congress generally cannot substantively constrain the President’s pardon authority through legislation, as the Court has held that the power of the President is not subject to legislative control. Congress can neither limit the effect of his pardon, nor exclude from its exercise any class of offenders. The benign prerogative of mercy reposed in him cannot be fettered by any legislative restrictions.2

DC_Draino

@DC_Draino

You know, for someone with a drug addict son, you’d think Joe Biden would want to help all American families who have loved ones with addiction problems

The #1 killer is fentanyl and 90% comes through our open border

Joe Biden wants our sympathy in dealing with his loved ones battling addiction, but he didn’t do anything to help those problems in OUR families

We have more fentanyl in America than ever before b/c Joe left the border wide open
