Looks like one is alive and 80, another died at age 29. Didn’t see anything about the guitar.
The guitar was custom made by Gibson for Mark Bolan who was essentially T-Rex, who died in a car crash at a young age. Gibson made a few more of those guitars to the exact same specs and they are highly prized for their tone and playability. ‘57 Les paul I believe. You probably cant find one for less than $10k now. Used.
