It’s a fairly new snow blower and one of my main complaints about it is that even with tire chains, it’s too light to realy dig in to heavier snows... It has the horsepower, just not the “hefty hindquarters” to keep it chomping in to the tought stuff.
Maybe they were expecting you to provide that.
