I think you’re right.
I’m leaving room for the emotional toil of dealing with her rapidly declining parents and then their deaths. But part of me faces the time back in the Wildlands with a bit of trepidation.

Eh... Forgot... I’m on call this weekend... House on the Rock will have to wait to next week... Supposed to be a pretty ride out there and the fall colors are starting to come through this area...

It will probably get back to normal once you are settled in there and go through at least one year of all of the holidays and birthdays and various anniversaries…

I had to look that up... sounded vaguely familiar... I think that I first heard about it when studying Frank Lloyd Wright many decades ago... a bit of a controversy over it with Jordan...
It looks like a cool place to visit!

100% Wal Drug style tourist trap... but... yeah. Been wanting to go for years. I like in MN, so it’s not like it’s that far of a trip. A bit over 4 hours according to Google maps.

Wall. Live.
My only excuse is I’m still on my first cup of covfefee...

I guess trying to do a support call while rockin’ down the highway isn’t such a great idea. Bummer, though.

I’m still thinking about whether it would work to chew the coffee grounds like tobacco.

They have caffiene pouches similar to the old tobacco pouches that you can stuff in your lip and chew on... Grinds and Smokey Mountian are the two I know of off the top of my head.
Grinds because I saw them partner up with Black Rifle Coffee Company...

Good morning. Happy Monday!
That’s quite a mug shot. What did Kitteh do?
We had an uneventful weekend making sure the house is ready for today’s closing.
Young ArGee called this morning. Someone bashed in the passenger window of her car. I’m not sure if it was front or back. I assumed front. Anyway, she doesn’t think anything was taken.
I got another X/6 in yesterday’s Wordle after taking 5 to get Saturday’s. I did better today.

Good Monday Morning!
It looks like a sunny start to the week...
At least today’s word was a ‘normal’ one... the three prior were pretty fringe...

Yes. She’s in a pretty large apartment complex. But there are lots of other cars around hers. Hers was the one that was hit.
