The mention of Ozempic brings to mind an herbal supplement that has become popular recently, specifically berberine, that has been billed by some as a “natural Ozempic”. I'm trying berberine, so far it doesn't seem to be doing much of anything. Still, I'd say try it yourself, your results may vary.

Does your berberine have black pepper extract / BioPerine for absorption? Otherwise, you’re not getting much in your system.
