You think the young and struggling State of Israel would kill a sitting American President and risk the wrath of the American people? How much of your calculation is based on anti-Semitism?
The issue is not a “quantity of uranium”.
JFK was actively blocking the Israeli program—using all of his powers to influence and stop domestic and foreign actors helping Israel obtain the bombs—not just uranium but every element of the technology needed for a successful program.
This is not about “the Jews”. It is about a small nation surrounded by vicious enemies that needed nuclear weapons to defend itself against hostile neighbors—and the determination to get it done by any means necessary.
There are no good guys and bad guys in this story.
This is the way the real world works—it is very messy.
