He could just as easily re-take his seat in FL-1 in the next Congress.
He has already rejected that idea. He will ne an attack dog in the new DOJ staffing!
He actually already won his seat in the next congress.. he resigned from the current congress. So he has the option to hold his seat.
But he says he doesn’t want it - I think he has been offered something else in the Trump Administration.
