They should never, be allowed to freely travel. They should be contained like a plague in some part if the Saudi desert.
And the morons and sympathizers in the US who support them should be subject to imprisonment. I would be OK with laws like they have today in Germany that forbid displays, etc., in support of the third Reich.
I worked with a guy (older than me by 20 years - retired Navy captain, worked as a contractor, retired from that company and would come in 3 days a week part time. One of the smartest conservatives I ever met), and after 9/11 he stated that no one - and he meant no one - should be allowed to fly out of any Muslim run country ever. That 9/11 proved they could not be trusted to behave civil and proper on a plane, or anywhere in the world. Twenty-three years later, it seems he has been proven more right than wrong.
