I’m not a fan of the Dick Act either, but NG does not fall under Title 10, unless federalized Posse Comitatus does NOT apply to NG units under Title 32. Why? Because they are militia under the governor’s control.
Whether or not anyone reads and understands the US Constitution concerning the militia’s 3-fold mission, that is another matter.
