Big Pharma has conditioned the sheeple to resist fewer pills.
Yeah, they got me with this article. I thought it was real.
I hope RFK jr. can save us from tipping over the continent because all the fatties.
Makes as much sense as any other explanation for alleged rising sea levels as I've heard.
The Last Health Secretary is mentally ill, pumped full of synthetic estrogen and other drugs to make believe he is a woman. I mean, how low can you go? Let the employees threaten to quit. They can go to work for the unemployed crossdresser.
I think obesity has gone up in my lifetime, maybe even in the last ten years.
I suppose activity and diet are the main culprits.
My grandparents had a ranch, which was operated by my three uncles. One had been in the marines and still did one-armed push-ups in the morning. One was fit but had a phobia about work. We won’t go there. The third had a childhood illness that left him with a shrunken lung. He’s the kind of guy that people call “wiry,” small but surprisingly strong.
I remember a live-in ranch hand. He was slim. After eating a stack of pancakes that was at least 6” high, he was offered a second stack, which he gladly accepted.
Back then hay bales were small enough that you could throw them. Throwing hay bales, the sweat just rolls off.
Makes for a good headline but this isn’t really accurate. The United States isn’t even in the top 10 fattest countries. It’s mostly Pacific Islanders and some Middle East countries in the top 10.
LOL! Great article and they speak the truth - we are a nation that has overweight and in some cases obese people.
The generals of Alexander the Great fought wars among themselves for 40 years. Antigonos “One Eye” died on the field, leading his army, when struck by a javelin. He was 81.
If human beings were leading truly active lives into their 70’s and 80’s without modern medicine, I’m convinced we don’t need anything more than they did. Anything modern science can give to help us should be icing on the cake.
So eat healthy foods; take part in vigorous, strenuous exercise; get the sleep you need; be productive; be social; avoid pills and the like unless you really need them. Try not to be on more than one medication at a time if you must be on any at all.
