Different America than 40+ years ago. It’s swung too far toward Idiocracy in that time. So considering Trump got over 300 EVs and the popular vote despite the dumbed-down, group-thinking population that now exists and a BILLION dollar campaign budget on the other side, it’s a landslide.

THIS!

Comparing America’s elections today to Reagan’s America or Nixon’s America is comparing apples to oranges. Whole different world: way fewer foreign-born voters* born, bred and aclimatized under socialist regimes and nationalized industry, way fewer socialist groupies, way fewer haters of white men in particular, and no covid-brained freaks drilled for years by wackadoodle teachers, the interweb and dozens of “special interest groups” to exploit taxpayers and the court system, and to hate American values and pride of country.

That over 72M people voted in favor of expanding an all-encompassing nanny state, people who forgot JFK’s admonishment to think ‘not what the country can do for you but what you can do for the country’, is proof enough of how much urbanized and university centric voters have changed, and not for the better. In today’s America, Trump securing an 86 electoral vote win - IS - a landslide.

[ *The foreign-born population rose from 9.6 million in 1970 to 14.1 million in 1980 and to 19.8 million in 1990. The estimated foreign-born population in 1997 was 25.8 million. In 2022, the foreign-born population in the United States was 46.2 million]
