While behaviors discussed in the book, like deception, manipulation, denial of responsibility, and blame-shifting, are present in Narcissistic Personality Disorder, they are not exclusive to it.

These behaviors can manifest in other personality disorders, such as Antisocial Personality Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder (in certain contexts), and even in individuals without diagnosable conditions.

I’m quite aware of that but in the book, M. Scott Peck makes the correlation between NPD and evil. That was my point.
