Totally agree. And employers should be able to hire whom they want in an "at will" state, but the Will of The People has been out the question regarding Freedom of Association since Brown v. Board of Education in 1954. Seventy years is about entough time for a compulsory social adjustment. That's how long the USSR lasted.

Unfortunatly with a perpetual “victim” mindset - now demanding reperations ( mostly women)....it doesn’ look like that social ajustment is going to happen for black women. Too easy to quit school, get pregnant, go on welfare, have a live in man as their lifefstyle.
