Sounds like the Rio. I lived in Vegas for a couple of years in the early aughts and they were plasting ads everywhere about how great their buffer was. And, Friday night (I think it was), was seafood night. IIRC, back then, it was $35 a person for the seafood buffet.
Yep, that’s the one...I don’t recall how much it was, I was thinking around $20ish...but if it was $35, my room (Silverton) was $10 less than that. I remember being mad at myself for not seeing what was on the menu before paying. I figured with all the hype it was a smorgasbord of variety. It was...but that day, all seafood.
